Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g soft margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 50 g pressed yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g raisins
  • vanillin

For glaze:

  • 2 squirrels
  • 1 cup of sugar

Directions

  1. Dissolve a tablespoon of sugar and yeast in warm milk. Leave warm until the “coat” is lifted. Add 1/3 of the entire flour. Stir well. (NOT IN CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS !!!) This is dough. We put it in heat until the volume doubles.
  2. Then add salt, yolks, rubbed with sugar, vanilla and margarine to the risen dough. Add the whipped egg whites and the remaining flour. The dough should not be thick, even slightly viscous, but well kneaded. We put the dough in a warm place.
  3. After doubling its volume, add the raisins. After that, let the dough rise a little.
  4. Fill the molds by 1/2 and leave the dough in the molds for proofing.
  5. We put to bake in a not very hot oven, about 170 degrees. Cover the finished pascs with glaze (beat the whites with sugar).
