Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 150 g Parma ham (or another spicy ham)
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Mustard, medium hot (to taste)
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder

- Wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly. Cut the Parma ham into narrow strips.
- Prepare a dressing from vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
- To serve, arrange the lamb`s lettuce on small plates, spread the ham over it and drizzle with the dressing.
- If you like, you can also add roasted sunflower seeds.
- Serve with a baguette.
