Lemon Alcohol Tincture

Lemon alcohol tincture is a great homemade alcoholic drink. It is made from lemons and alcohol and turns out to be quite pleasant and soft in taste. Be sure to appreciate this scent!

Serving: 5-6

Ingredients

Alcohol – 0.5 Liter
Sugar – 250 Grams
Water – 200 Milliliters
Lemons – 5 Pieces

Directions

Rinse the lemons and pat dry.
Remove the zest from one lemon and squeeze out the juice.
We cook syrup from water, sugar, zest and lemon juice. Cool the syrup.
Remove the zest from the remaining lemons. Cut the pulp into pieces.
Put the pulp and lemon zest in a clean glass jar. Fill with alcohol and cooked cooled syrup. Stir and refrigerate for 3 days, covering the jar with gauze. Next, the drink must be filtered and stored in the refrigerator.
