Ingredients

  • 480 g flour
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 90 g suar
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 80 g butter, semi-fat, soft
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the dry yeast. Mix in the sugar, knead in the butter and add the salt and lemon zest.
  2. Work in the milk little by little until you have a smooth yeast dough.
  3. If you want it even lower in calories, you can take water instead of milk.
  4. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Then knead again, put in a small loaf pan and cover for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (180 ° C with convection) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
