Meat Zrazy with Pepper and Cheese (Cutlets in a New Way)

Delicious and aromatic cutlets in a new way, stuffed with pepper and cheese! A fun way to cook. I really liked this meat zrazy, I will repeat!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sweet red pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Hot peppers – 4-5 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Bread crumbs – 3 tbsp
  • Seasoning for meat – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Today I use two types of pepper: sweet and hot jalapeno (homemade). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. We bake sweet peppers in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After the oven, cover the pepper with a lid (foil) and then peel it.
  3. Add onion grated on a coarse grater, seasoning for meat, salt, and crackers to the minced meat. Mix well and let it stand for 10-15 minutes, marinate.
  4. We divide the minced meat into nine cutlets weighing about 80 g each.
  5. Cut the peeled baked bell peppers into triangles. Cut the cheese into large cubes.
  6. Flatten the minced meat cutlet into a small cake. Use cling film, it will be more convenient to shape. Wrap a block of cheese in a plate of sweet pepper, forming a roll, and put it in the center of the cake. We make a meat pie.
  7. Peel hot peppers and, without preliminary cooking (raw), stuff them with a bar of cheese and wrap them in minced meat in the same way.
  8. The resulting zrazy (cutlets, meat pies :)) grease with sour cream and send to the preheated oven.
  9. We bake meat zrazy with pepper and cheese for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (time depends on the chosen minced meat). Serve cutlets with your favorite side dish or vegetables.
