  • 4 tablespoon oat flakes, crispy
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g feta cheese, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes with salt in a small bowl, pour boiling water over them until they are completely covered and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the olive oil and feta cheese and stir well.
  3. Heat a coated pan and add the oat mixture. Turn the stove down on a low flame and fry everything until the omelette is crispy. Then turn the omelette and fry it on the other side until crispy.
  4. Of course, you can also try Emmentaler or other favorite cheeses and also add herbs, mushrooms, steamed or dried vegetables, etc. to it.
