Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 150 ml white wine
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 375 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 4 stalks parsley

- Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half if necessary. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and mushrooms until golden brown. Deglaze with wine and broth, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Mix the cheese with the sour cream and stir 2/3 of the mixture into the mushrooms. Season well with salt and pepper. Put the mushrooms in an ovenproof baking dish. Pour the remaining cheese and sour cream mixture over it.
- Baked in the preheated Bach oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the parsley and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle the mushroom pot with parsley and serve.
