Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 small chicken breast, cooked
  • broth
  • 50 ml cream (soy)
  • food starch
  • 1 liter water
  • Soup powder, or instant broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots and onions into very small cubes. Then steam them lightly in a saucepan with a little oil. Then fill up with a generous liter of water and season with soup seasoning from the DB or instant broth. Let simmer gently for 5 minutes. Now dice the mushrooms just as small and add to the soup and simmer gently for another 3 minutes. Cut the cooked chicken breast (including leftovers from the grilled chicken) into fine strips and also add to the soup.
  2. Mix the soy cream with the cornstarch and pour into the soup. Bring to the boil again and season to taste and then serve immediately with a piece of bread.
