  • 120 g chocolate, dark
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 0.25 ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Butter and cocoa powder for the molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and then add the butter, stir until you have a homogeneous, smooth, shiny sauce. Now beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Slowly add the chocolate sauce to the eggs. Stir until eggs and chocolate sauce have combined. Sift in the flour. Grease small molds (preferably muffin baking molds) with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C and bake for about 7-10 minutes. It is best to do a trial first to determine the exact duration. The Petit Gâteau should be firm on the outside and liquid on the inside.
  3. Serve the Petit Gâteau warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
