Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 packet pudding powder (almond)
- 200 g biscuit (s) (amaretti), Italian
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 large can pineapple
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- Cook the pudding according to the instructions (but with only 2 tablespoons of sugar) and pour it into a shallow casserole dish.
- Crumble the amaretti and sprinkle on the pudding.
- Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar and stir in the pineapple pieces. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Put this in the mold as the next layer.
- Roast the coconut flakes until light brown and then sprinkle on top. Place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
