Pork Rollada with Chicken Fillet

Homemade rollada (pork roll with chicken meat and spices) is a great alternative to sausages.

Cook: 3 hour

Ingredients

  • Pork belly – 1.5 kg
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 6 cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Condiments (mustard seeds, cumin, coriander)
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Canned paprika – 2-3 slices
  • Pickled cucumber – 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet
  • Cheese (optional) – 4 sticks (put between a cucumber or egg)

Directions

  1. Cut off the top layer from a piece of brisket, unfold and beat off with a hammer. Rub generously with garlic and salt.
  2. Sprinkle the unfolded piece with spices.
  3. Cover the piece with minced meat, as for cutlets, but without the roll. Place the desired ingredients on top and roll into a roll. Wrap the stuffed pork roll in cheesecloth and tie tight with twine.
  4. Cover the cooked and cooled rollads under pressure with broth with the addition of gelatin and decorate.
