Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin meat
  • 400 g tomato (s), peeled or canned
  • 4 cubes broth
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream (sweet or sour, to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

  1. Put the pumpkin cubes with the tomatoes, the onion cubes, the stock cubes and the curry in a large saucepan and cover with water. Let it simmer for about 25 minutes and add the cream. Puree well. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
  2. My children also eat this soup with great appetite. If you don`t like it spicy, you should be a little careful with the curry. Better to season.
