Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 150 g quark
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 150 g raisins
  • rum
  • some orange zest
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  1. Grease two trays or cover with baking paper.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and spices and set aside.
  3. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy, stir in the quark and orange peel.
  4. Add the flour mixture, stir in briefly, then work in the almonds, raisins and enough rum to make a smooth, malleable, but not sticky dough.
  5. Now preheat the oven to 180 ° C (so you can bake two trays at the same time!).
  6. Remove walnut-sized portions from the dough, press them flat on the palm of the hand and shape into small stumps. Place on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes until the surface turns golden yellow.
  7. In the meantime, sieve the powdered sugar onto a plate or platter and melt the butter in a small saucepan. Turn the mini stollen in the butter while still warm and then roll them in the icing sugar.
  8. Let it steep in a can well closed for at least one day!
  9. Makes about 40 pieces.
