Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 cup peas (frozen)
- 3 tablespoon raisins
- 3 tablespoon pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon syrup (agave syrup)
- some rapeseed oil
- salt

- Boil the peas al dente and drain. Cut the radishes into small cubes and mix with the peas, raisins, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- Prepare a dressing from mustard, agave syrup and oil and pour over the salad. If necessary, add a little salt.
