Ingredients

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon peanuts, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Chop the peanuts and roast them slowly in a pan without fat. At the same time, peel and grate the kohlrabi. Finely chop the spring onion and add to the kohlrabi shavings.
  2. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients, mix with the kohlrabi and spring onions. Scatter the roasted peanuts on top and serve.
  3. Tips: Great to take away the next day. Then sprinkle the peanuts on top before serving. You can also sprinkle parsley or coriander greens on top. It also tastes delicious warm.
