Rice Yeast Donuts

Yeast dough donuts with rice porridge will become even more tender!

Ingredients

  • Rice – 1.5 cups
  • Flour – 1.5-2.5 cups
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 5 tbsp
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5-2 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Pour the rice with water (3.5-4 cups). Bring to a boil, salt (1 pinch), cook until tender, 20-25 minutes.
  2. Mash the finished rice or mince it. Refrigerate.
  3. Dissolve yeast in milk.
  4. Add sugar and salt.
  5. Mix with rice, leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
  6. Add eggs.
  7. Add flour. Mix. The dough should be very soft, but so that it can be cut with wet hands.
  8. Heat the oil for deep fat. Separate small portions of dough with your hands, shape donuts, deep-fry them over medium heat on all sides until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
  9. Cool the finished donuts and sprinkle with icing sugar.
