Lean Yeast Donuts

Ingredients

  • Flour – 5 glasses
  • Dry yeast – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1-1.5 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Warm water – 2 glasses
  • Powdered sugar – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying – how much will it take

Directions

  1.  Sift flour, mix with dry ingredients. Add oil and water gradually. Knead a soft dough.
  2.  Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place, I put it in a water bath for 20-30 minutes.
  3.  When the dough has doubled, knead it.
  4.  Form donuts. To do this, divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a sausage about 2 cm thick. Cut the sausages into pieces about 8 cm long. Connect the ends of the blank, mold a ring. So dazzle all the donuts. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5.  Heat the oil in a cauldron and fry the donuts over medium heat until golden brown. Two minutes on each side.
  6.  Place donuts on a napkin. Drain off excess fat.
  7.  Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
