Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
  • 8 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 300 g leek, cut into thin rins
  • 2 carrot (s), finely diced
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 14 olives, black, sliced
  • 200 g lentils, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g smoked meat, diced

For the cast:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough out of the dough ingredients and line a springform pan with it.
  2. Fry the smoked meat in oil and sweat the vegetables in it. Mix with the lentils, parsley and olives and spread on the pastry plate.
  3. Make the egg milk, season, pour over the vegetables and bake the tart for 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
