Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat). Then roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now brush the puff pastry with the Philadelphia and tear the salmon into small pieces and spread on top.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, chilli, dill, chives and the onions to taste. Then stir everything together. Spread the egg mixture on the baking sheet over the puff pastry covered with salmon. Then sprinkle with cheese and then place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
When the puff pastry has risen on the edge, turns brown and the cheese has melted properly (if you like, you can also use the grill function to make it crispy), take the tray out of the oven. Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces and serve. Also tastes cold in summer.
