Shawarma with Chicken at Home

Delicious and simple shawarma with fried chicken breast and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Cabbage – 1/4 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1/2 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Armenian thin lavash

Directions

  1. The products we need.
  2. Separate the chicken breast from the bones, cut it lengthwise.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan, put the chicken, salt and pepper.
  4. Turn over, fry until golden brown.
  5. Cut the chicken into strips.
  6. Shred cabbage.
  7. Cut the cucumber into strips.
  8. Cut the tomato thinly.
  9. Expand the pita bread.
  10. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  11. We spread the cabbage.
  12. Next to the cabbage are cucumbers and tomatoes.
  13. Chicken on top.
  14. Ketchup.
  15. Roll up tightly.
  16. Can be cut in half !!!
