  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g lentils
  • 125 g cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • Savory
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 port. spaetzle

Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils in water for 2 hours (or longer). Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in oil. Add lentils. Add the vegetable stock, cream, milk and sour cream and stir everything well together. Cook until the lentils are soft. Prepare the spaetzle.
  2. Season the lentils with savory, salt and pepper. In addition, you eat hot sausages (Wienerle).
