- 1 onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper
- 5 tablespoon almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)

- The onion is cut into cubes, the chilli pepper into rings and both are fried in the oil.
- After the stalk has been removed, the pointed cabbage is cut into narrow strips and added.
- Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add the almond milk and let it stew. The cabbage should still be firm to the bite.
- Jacket potatoes also taste good.
