Ingredients
- 500 g spinach, frozen
- 500 g penne
- 250 g cream cheese or brunch
- 15 mini mozzarella
- 15 cocktail tomatoes
- nutmeg
- 150 g cream or Cremefine

- First put the frozen spinach in a saucepan and slowly heat it over a low heat. Stir it again and again.
- In the meantime, add the pasta water and bring to the boil.
- When the spinach is thawed, add the cream cheese or brunch. Salt, pepper and season with a little nutmeg. If necessary, extend with pasta water or set with a little cream or Cremefine. Then set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Also cut the mini mozzarella balls in half.
- Put the finished noodles in the saucepan with the spinach sauce. Mix everything together and portion into plates. Sprinkle with mini mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes as needed.
