Ingredients

  • 12 slices wholemeal toast bread
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese, low-fat
  • 250 g cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 m. Egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 box cress or lettuce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast all toast and brush with cream cheese. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  2. Place 6 cucumber slices on each of 4 breads, season with salt and pepper. Layer a slice of salmon and another toast on top. Spread the remaining cucumber slices and the sliced eggs on the toast, sprinkle with cress and cover with the last slices of toast.
  3. Press lightly, cut diagonally and serve.
