Ingredients

  • 400 g beef oulash
  • 100 g French beans
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 ml red wine, dry
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the beef and peel, clean and cut the vegetables.
  2. Sear the meat well on all sides in a pan, then transfer to a saucepan. Also fry the vegetables well in the pan, add the tomato paste and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes. Deglaze with the red wine. Add to the meat in the saucepan and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. The goulash should now stew on a low heat for about 60 - 90 minutes, until the meat is nice and tender.
