  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat, add onions and garlic and fry with.
  2. Put in a roasting pan, clean and dice the rest of the vegetables and pour in the broth. Season with pepper and, if necessary, salt. Braise in the oven at 180 degrees for about 90 minutes.
