- 250 g strawberries
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal (0 g)

- Wash the strawberries, drain them well, remove the stems and cut into slices. Peel the kiwi, cut in half lengthways, cut out the hard middle stalk and dice. Mix the fruits, drizzle with maple syrup and pour the buttermilk over them.
- Roast the walnuts and oat flakes in a coated pan without fat until golden and sprinkle hot over the muesli.
