Ingredients
- 1 packet ladyfingers
- 500 g strawberries, fresh
- 100 g suar
- 1 pck. Vanilla sugar, I take 3 teaspoons homemade
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g cream quark
- 100 ml whipped cream
- Amaretto or orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

- Lay out the ladyfingers in a baking dish. Drizzle with amaretto or orange liqueur as desired. Wash and chop the strawberries. Mix half of the sugar with the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone, quark, cream, VZ and remaining sugar, season with 2 tablespoons of amaretto or oil. Spread the strawberries on the ladyfingers and spread the cream over them. Dust the icing sugar and cocoa through a sieve onto the cream. Keep in the refrigerator until consumption.
