Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 500 g mascarpone
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 250 ml cream
- Ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
- 200 ml coffee
- 40 ml amaretto

- Halve the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and juice of half a lemon together. Fold in 250 ml of whipped cream. Prepare a mixture of coffee and amaretto (also possible without, because of children).
- Briefly dip the ladyfingers in this mixture and then line the shape with drinks. Spread the strawberries on top, cream on top. Repeat the process, finish with cream and refrigerate.
- Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.
