- 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
- 2 large onions
- 3 large bell peppers, red
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 teaspoon, leveled caraway powder
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter

- Quarter half a head of white cabbage, cut into slices, do not slice, as it can be a little coarser. Halve the onions, cut into slices, quarter the peppers and cut into strips.
- First fry the cabbage in clarified butter in a large pan or in a wok over high heat for about 5 minutes, turn often, then gradually fry the onions and peppers. Season well.
