- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon raisins, large, light ones
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 melon (s) (watermelon and / or honeydew melon)
- 75 ml natural yoghurt
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into bite-sized pieces. Core the apple, pear and melon and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put everything together in one bowl. Press the orange and add the juice to the fruit. Add raisins, honey and a pinch of cinnamon and let steep for 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt.
- Fill into bowls and serve.
- Can be prepared with all types of fruit.
