  • 10 cm horseradish, fresh, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter or clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 1 dash cream
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Let the fat get hot in the pan, add the flour, breadcrumbs and the horseradish, pour in the meat stock, beat well with the whisk and bring to the boil briefly. Salt and refine with a little cream.
  2. Almost a must, especially as an accompaniment to cooked plate meat and boiled beef.
