Ingredients

  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk (skimmed milk)
  • 120 g suar
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 150 ml coffee (espresso, approx. 2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare a vanilla pudding with the milk and 40 g of sugar according to the instructions on the package and put in the fridge.
  2. Beat the quark and the remaining sugar with the hand mixer until creamy and fold in the pudding. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the pudding mixture.
  3. Drizzle the espresso over the ladyfingers and layer them alternately with the cream in a mold, the last layer should consist of cream.
  4. Sprinkle the tiramisu thickly with sifted cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
