Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 packet tortellini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • oil
  • possibly curry powder
  • possibly paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and the chopped onion. Pour 250 ml of vegetable stock on top. Drain the tortellini and add to the minced meat. Mix well.
  2. Finally, add a cup of cream and season to taste with a little curry and paprika. Bring to the boil again and stir.
  3. We developed this recipe as a hit with children. My kids all love to eat it.
