- 400 g tortellini, dried, small, colored
- 2 large cans peach (s)
- 10 slices ham, cooked
- 1 glass Miracel Whip Balance
- 2 tablespoon curry powder, English
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 stems lemon balm for the garnish

- The colorful tortellini are cooked al dente in a large pot in salted water according to the manufacturer`s instructions.
- The peaches (except for 1-2 peach halves for the garnish) and the cooked ham are cut into cubes.
- Attention: The peach syrup in one of the cans is still needed for the dressing!
- As soon as the tortellini have cooled down, put them in a large bowl with the peach and ham cubes and mix the ingredients carefully.
- For the dressing, stir by hand about 1/4 of the peach syrup in a can with the mayonnaise, curry powder, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Then the dressing is poured over the salad and carefully folded in.
- Before serving, put the salad in the fridge to steep. Just before serving, you should stir it again, season to taste and, if necessary, add salt, curry powder and peach syrup, depending on the taste and consistency of the dressing.
- Then cut the remaining peach halves into wedges and place them on the salad, along with the lemon balm, as a garnish according to your own imagination.
- Tips: Alternatively, instead of the peaches, you can use 2 cans of apricots or - if available - 2 fresh mangoes and a little mango juice for the dressing.
- If you like it easier, you can replace part of the mayonnaise with yogurt or use cream of salad.
- However, the upper variant with peaches and Miracel Whip Balance has proven particularly effective.
