Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini (the shrink-wrapped ones) with meat fillin
- 2 leeks
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 can corn
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip (Balance)
- Curry powder
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet, rinse and transfer to a large bowl.
- Cut the leek into rings and the peppers into cubes. Also cut the ham into small pieces and add everything to the bowl. Add corn and mandarins and mix in the Miracle Whip. Then sprinkle in a lot of curry and stir - you have to add so much until the sauce is sand-colored, this is important for the taste! Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- To all of you who don`t like sweet and sour, don`t be put off by the mandarins, you don`t taste them as sweet - it all goes very well together!
