Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 0.5 ½ cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 200 g leek, cut into rins
  • 200 g carrot (s), cut into sticks
  • 2 stalks celery, cut
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 2 liters meat broth

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and roll into small balls.
  2. Heat the oil in a stock pot and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the cauliflower, leek, carrot and celery with cayenne pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes while stirring.
  3. Add the thyme, tomatoes and meat stock and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add the minced balls and let stand for about 10 minutes.
