- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
- Lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
- salt

- Peel the potatoes, chop them into small cubes and cook until cooked. Then mash. Finely grate the carrots. Finely chop the paprika, onion and garlic and sauté. Mix everything together and season with the parsley, salt, lemon pepper and vegetable stock. Taste well.
