Zucchini with Mushrooms and Vegetables

A very light, delicate and tasty dish. Preparing quickly and easily. Delicious both hot and cold.

Directions

Chop tomatoes and onions
Chop the bell peppers as well.
Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add spices.
Cut the champignons.
Send mushrooms to vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. At the end of frying, add the carrots, stir and set aside the pan.
In a separate skillet, fry the diced courgettes.
We send fried vegetables to the zucchini, mix the zucchini with mushrooms and vegetables.
Add greens at the end.
Zucchini with mushrooms and vegetables are ready.
