  • 250 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 egg (s)
  • a bit salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 glass sour cherries or other fruit, pitted and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, eggs and salt into a smooth dough.
  2. Melt the butter in a deep tray and sprinkle the 4 tablespoons of sugar on top. Pour the batter onto the baking tray and spread the drained sour cherries without juice on it.
  3. Bake at 195 ° C top / bottom heat for 25 minutes.
  4. The kitchen milk becomes firm and can be cut into pieces. It tastes best warm, but can also be eaten cold.
