Ingredients

  • 250 g round beef
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 sweet potato (s) or /2, depending on size
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • some marjoram
  • some cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and fry crumbly in oil with the minced meat. Sprinkle with paprika powder. Remove the stem from the tomatoes, quarter them and puree with the hand blender. Pour the tomatoes over the meat and extinguish with a little, max. 200 ml, hot water. Add all the spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes. Add to the meat after 15 minutes until tender. Mix the sour cream with the flour and then use it to bind the goulash.
  3. I frozen the remaining 3 servings.
