Ingredients

  • g 1,000 beef oulash
  • 1 can mushrooms (mixed mushrooms), drained
  • 500 g onion (s), chopped
  • 1 can chanterelles, drained
  • ml 1,000 beef broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 500 g spaetzle, cooked
  • 75 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 50 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the meat and onions in it, add the mushrooms and tomato paste, and fry with them. Sprinkle with paprika powder and top up with the beef stock.
  2. Let everything stew together on a low setting for approx. 90 - 120 minutes with the lid closed. Stir in the cream and parsley and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Serve with spaetzle.
