Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s), small to medium-sized
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Can corn
  • 500 g tomatoes, passed
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or basil

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables and onions depending on the vegetables, drain the corn in a sieve.
  2. Fry the onion small in a saucepan with a little oil until brown. Then put the remaining vegetables in the pot, put the lid on and let the vegetables cook a little in the steam.
  3. When the vegetables have softened a little, add the tomatoes and tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, oregano or basil, depending on your taste. Let cook for another 5 - 10 minutes and you`re done.
  4. Of course, other vegetables can also be used, which is why the recipe is also great for using leftovers.
