  • 6 sausages
  • 5 tablespoon mustard (honey mustard)
  • 1 cup cream
  • some stalks thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • broth

Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables and potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the sausages into slices.
  2. Fry the vegetables and potatoes in a saucepan and add enough broth to cover everything lightly. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and cook until cooked.
  3. Add the honey mustard and cream. Fry the sausage slices in a pan and stir into the stew.
