Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g suar / powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. It must be so firm that a knife cut remains visible. Gradually beat the sugar underneath. Carefully fold in the sifted cocoa and finely chopped chocolate. Using 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Baking: at 130 degrees (gas 1) approx. 25-35 min.
  2. Makes 30 pieces. Each piece has 25kcal, 0.6g fat, 21.6% fat calories
