Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon honey, more liquid

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove (s), ground

Instructions

  1. Whip eggs, egg yolks and sugar to a cream. Mix the baking soda well with the flour and let it slowly trickle into the custard, beating more and more. Stir in the honey. Finally add the spices and mix everything well. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for a few days in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut out round cookies with a glass. Place the cookies on the greased tray and let rest for a few more hours. Then put in the preheated oven and bake golden yellow for 30 minutes at 150 ° C.
