Cheese Soup with Lentils and Sausage

This delicious and aromatic cheese soup with lentils and sausage takes only about 20-25 minutes to prepare. And how easy it is to prepare, without additional frying of vegetables! Ingredients
- Smoked sausage – 160 g
- Processed cream cheese – 100 g
- Red lentils – 70 g
- Potatoes – 300 g
- Carrots – 100 g
- Onions – 70 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Parsley greens – 5-7 g
- Water – 1.5-1.6 L
Directions
- Essential products.
- Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into cubes, the carrot into cubes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Cut the sausage into medium pieces.
- Put the potatoes, sausage, onions, and carrots in a saucepan.
- Rinse the lentils and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Fill the contents of the pan with hot water.
- Bring to a boil and cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.
- Then add the processed cheese and add black pepper.
- Bring the soup to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt 2 minutes before the end of cooking (carefully, the cheese and sausage are already salted).
- Pour cheese soup with lentils and sausage into plates, decorate with fresh parsley leaves and serve!
