Chicken Salad with Oranges

I present to your attention a very tasty salad with chicken, eggs, cucumbers, nuts and oranges. Original serving of salad in orange peel and excellent taste of salad with chicken breast will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 300-400 g
- Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Walnuts
- Hard cheese
- Oranges – 2-3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – for dressing
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Salt to taste
Directions
- First of all, cut the chicken fillet into rather thin slices and fry well on both sides.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and move it aside (we will need it at the very end).
- While the chicken is fried, let’s move on to the other ingredients. Cut the cucumber and boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Add chopped walnuts to them.
- Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes and send to the salad bowl.
- Now cut the orange into two halves and carefully remove all the pulp from it.
- Cut the orange pulp into pieces and add to the rest of the salad from eggs, cucumbers, nuts and fried chicken fillet.
- Season the orange salad with mayonnaise and fill the halves of the orange peel with the salad. Top with the chicken salad, garnish with grated cheese.
- Festive salad with chicken and oranges is ready. You can treat them to your guests, as well as treat yourself
