Ingredients

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 450 ml chocolate (finished drinking chocolate)
  • 100 g breadcrumbs, fresh
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 4 tablespoon jam (cherry jam)

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces, place in a saucepan and dissolve in the drinking chocolate over low heat. Heat and remove from stove.
  2. Put the breadcrumbs with 25 g sugar in a bowl, pour in the chocolate mixture and stir. Add the egg yolk and stir in as well.
  3. Put the dough in a 1-liter casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for 25-30 minutes until the pudding is cooked and gives way when pressed on.
  4. Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff, then stir in the rest of the sugar until the egg whites are stiff and shiny.
  5. Spread the cherry jam on the pudding and sprinkle or spoon the egg whites over it. Put in the oven for another 15 minutes, until the meringue layer is crispy and lightly browned.
  6. Variation: Leave out the cherry jam and mix 40 g desiccated coconut into the breadcrumbs.
