Ingredients

  • 800 g cod fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 200 g cream
  • Pepper, whiter, freshly ground
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, spread a flat, fire-proof dish with a little butter.
  2. Rinse the cod fillets with cold water, pat dry and sprinkle evenly with the lemon juice. Salt the fillets and place them side by side in the pan.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes. Wash the basil and pick off the leaves.
  4. Mix the tomatoes and basil with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the tomato cream evenly over the cod.
  6. Cook the fish uncovered in the oven (center, convection 180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
  7. Rice or potatoes go well with this.
